		<description>Of course, the burden may eventually fall on us as well, if the resulting incremental decrease in our presence and governance efforts leads to Niger, and places like it, becoming increasingly safe havens and breeding grounds for terrorists who would do us harm as well.

We will not bear the burden first, but we may not avoid it alltogether.</description>
